If you are a NEW PATIENT to Student Health Services, please register and book an appointment online. If you have been previously registered at Student Health Services and would like to see a doctor, you may call 604-432-8608 or book an appointment online.
Your appointment will be either in-person or virtual (phone or video) depending on the medical issue.
Please be advised that our phone lines are open Monday-Wednesday 8:30 am to 4 pm, Thursday 9:00 am to 4 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 4 pm.
Please note that access to Student Health Services and the online booking system is designated for students only. You have to be a currently enrolled BCIT student who is actively taking courses. Staff/employee booking requests will not be accepted.
*Closing times may be earlier than posted due to patient volume.
Student Health services is closed on weekends and statutory holidays.
For medical assistance outside of our clinic hours, please contact your family physician, call the BC Nurses line by dialing 811, or go to a walk-in clinic close to your location.
You can also visit the Metrotown Urgent Care and Primary Care Centre or the Edmonds Urgent Care and Primary Care Centre for urgent, non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries.
For emergencies call 911 or go to your local emergency department.
