The Technology Service Desk is a collaboration of several support teams within BCIT. Our goal is to make it easier to access the technology support resources you need through a single phone number and email.
Through the technology service desk, you are able to access support for:
- Information Technology – computers, printers, Banner, myBCIT, password resets, etc.
- Educational Technology – Learning Hub, Class for Teams, Elluminate Live, Blogs, HTML, etc.
- Audio Visual – projectors, equipment setup, cameras, etc.
