Course Overview
Provides practical and theoretical information required to inspect existing houses for visible defects. This covers the other remaining systems of a house that must be inspected as per the standards. It is the second of a series of courses that meet the academic requirements for house inspection and the qualifications for House Inspector Licensing Regulations under Consumer Protection BC (CPBC).

Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Have a basic knowledge about the last 6 systems in a house to be reviewed as per the “Standards of Practice" for a house inspector.
- Understand inspecting to the “Standards of Practice" versus industry standards.
