Twice per year, BCIT hosts its "BIG Information Session & Program Expo" at the main campus in Burnaby. This free event is open to everyone and provides a unique opportunity for people interested in attending BCIT to find out more about BCIT's full-time programs and part-time courses and programs all in one place, at one time. The BIG Info event gives you the opportunity to hear from successful BCIT grads, meet with faculty, staff and program advisors, and find out why employers hire BCIT grads. You can even apply to BCIT right on the spot! When is the next event?The next BIG Info Session & Program Expo event is scheduled for Wednesday, October 28, 2009 from 5–8 p.m. in buildings SE2 and SE6. Welcome sessions5:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m. SE6 Room 233 (Telus Theatre) Learn about BCIT's unique education path and what Canada's premier polytechnic has to offer you! Welcome sessions include student and alumni testimonials, and great prize giveaways. Apply on the spotWant to apply to BCIT while you are at BIG Info? The Student Information and Enrollment Services Office will be open until 8 p.m. in case you wish to apply. Visit them in building SW1 1300. Parking is available in the shaded areas shown below after 4:30 p.m. for $3.50.
Got a large group?Groups of 20 or more wanting to attend the BIG Info Session are welcome and are asked to contact Recruitment Services a month before the event date to arrange bus parking, times, etc. Please email or call 604-432-8583 with details regarding your group. |
