Course Overview
This course explores AutoCAD's advanced features allowing the user to efficiently create 2D drawings. Topics such as drawing, modifying, annotating, dynamic block creation, attribute extraction, managing external references and plotting are covered in greater depth introducing new commands and options. Sheet sets and express tools are examined as is CAD workflow. The format includes lecture, discussion as well as hands-on exercises and assignments. The expectation is that students have current training/experience equivalent to intermediate level AutoCAD. AICO 2000 AutoCAD 2 is recommended.
