In his own words

John Dian

“I firmly think that everyone should have access to high-quality educational opportunities and resources. Open education tries to achieve this goal and remove obstacles in the way of this objective. Expensive educational materials, outdated books and resources, and regulatory restrictions on academic and educational collaboration are a few examples of such obstacles.”

“My books are valuable resources for the classes I teach and the research projects my students are working on.  To make these resources more relevant and, if necessary, to accommodate different learners’ learning styles, I also have the flexibility to customize them.”
