Technology Teacher Education Information Session

Welcome to the Technology Teacher Education Information Session registration. Join us in-person to get your questions answered, and get additional information to potentially start an exciting new career.

The Technology Teacher Education program is a two year diploma program that enables you to teach technology education in BC’s Middle and High School system. (Yes, we are talking about being a shop teacher!) As a joint program with the University of British Columbia (UBC) you would transfer to UBC for a third year to complete the education program.

This in-person information session allows for you to go on a tour of the program area that you are interested in. We will be doing one tour at 5:00 pm and another at 6:00 pm where you will potentially be able to see two different programs.

Please register for the primary program that you’re interested in.

The programs that are offered this evening are from the School of Energy and they are:

Chemical and Environmental Technology
Electrical Engineering, including Bachelor of Technology – Electronics
Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC and R)
Industrial Instrumentation
