Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Give a persuasive proposal presentation using a variety of visual communication techniques and technologies appropriate to a range of purposes and audiences.
- Write an effective negative message using appropriate patterns of organization, style, and tone.
- Research, write, illustrate, and revise a formal proposal.
- Critically evaluate information to determine accuracy, credibility and relevance.
- Develop group management strategies and allocate roles/responsibilities while working collaboratively as a team to complete a task.
- Communicate collaboratively as an effective member of a team while preparing written or oral group projects.
