2027 Convocation will be held in person on June 22-25.

The Convocation Ceremonies will take place in person at 4812 Willingdon Ave, Burnaby BC. This is just up the street from the BCIT Burnaby Campus. Location and parking information will be sent to graduates closer to the date.

Each graduate may bring a maximum of 2 guests to Convocation.

There are no physical tickets for guests at Convocation, and the guest limit is in place to ensure each graduate has the chance for their family and friends to watch the ceremony in person.

Seating at Convocation is first come, first served. All ceremonies will be livestreamed for family and friends of graduates who are unable to attend in person.

Family and friends of graduates who are unable to attend the ceremonies in person will be able to watch the ceremony livestream at bcit.ca/convocation. There will also be overflow seating available at the venue displaying the ceremony livestream.

Following the ceremony, a recording of each video will be available to watch on our YouTube channel.

Each Convocation ceremony will be approximately 90-120 minutes long.
