Convocation is an exciting time for everyone. We want to make sure you have all the information you need to enjoy this special day.
Venue
Spring Convocation will be held June 25-27 at:
4812 Willingdon Avenue, Burnaby

Parking
Designated Convocation parking is available at BCIT in Lots N and M. Parking is free.
Parking at the venue is limited. Graduates can be dropped off at the location prior to parking. Priority is given to seniors and those with special access needs. The venue is wheelchair accessible.
Guest seating
Graduates are encouraged to invite up to four guests. There will be no tickets given out, and seating will be available on a first come, first served basis at each ceremony.
Live stream
BCIT offers a live stream of each ceremony for friends and family to enjoy if they are unable to attend. If someone important cannot make the ceremony, they can watch along from the Convocation Homepage.
Check back on the day of for more details on exactly when the live stream will begin.
There will also be a live stream screen setup at Willingdon Church in the cafe area for overflow viewing purposes. All live stream videos will be archived after the ceremony and available for viewing on our YouTube channel.
