Course details

This course provides participants with diverse opportunities to expand and strengthen their business writing skills across a variety of communications platforms. With an emphasis on effective writing strategies, students will understand the importance of meeting their audience’s needs through numerous mediums including online discussion forums, emails, a technical report work plan, digital infographic, and the major components of a formal proposal.
