The goal of UDL

The overarching aim of UDL is to foster learner agency—supporting students to become purposeful, reflective, and resourceful learners who take ownership of their learning.

The three principles of UDL

The UDL framework, developed by CAST, is organized around three complementary principles that address the why, what, and how of learning.
