This course will introduce students to the process and requirements needed to create construction drawings for a residential project. Drawings will include a construction plan, reflected ceiling plan, building section, electrical plan and finishes plan, with legends, schedules and drawing references. Students will first design and develop freehand drawings to scale and will create a set of construction drawings using AutoCAD, based on their design solutions.
