Accounting Services is an area within the Financial Services Department that is responsible for recording in an accurate and timely manner all expenditure disbursements and collection of revenue while maintaining compliance with statutory accounting requirements and meeting Institute guidelines. Further responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of all Institute invoices
  • Administration of all Finance Banner system modules
  • The investment of Institute Surplus Funds
  • Managing the Institute’s cash flow
  • The administration of procurement and travel policies and procedures
  • Ensuring adherence to Institute policies and procedures
  • Preparing the Institute’s financial reports
