Course Overview
Organizations do not achieve carbon and climate action goals simply because they set ambitious targets. They achieve them because they develop a credible, data-driven roadmap that builds organizational confidence, aligns climate action with asset management and capital planning, and provides a practical pathway for implementation. Throughout this course, learners develop a Portfolio Roadmap for Climate-Aligned Building Asset Management, learning not only how to develop a roadmap but also how to use it as a strategic decision-making tool.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Assess organizational readiness for climate-aligned asset management and planning.
- Analyze and benchmark building and portfolio performance data.
- Prioritize climate mitigation and adaptation actions across a building portfolio.
- Develop a climate-aligned portfolio roadmap and emissions reduction pathway.
