Multifaceted case studies assist learners to consider the diverse population of women and families they will care for. Health challenges include; preterm labour, hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, multiple gestation/assisted human reproduction, post-term pregnancy/perinatal loss, gestational diabetes, and substance use/mental health in pregnancy.
