Continues from BLDC 1050, acquainting students with the properties of various materials and assemblies that are used in MasterFormat Divisions 6 through 9, with an emphasis on the methods in which they are implemented in a construction project.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student should be able to:
- Identify construction materials from the Divisions 6-9 of the MasterFormat and allocate them according to standard practice grouping.
- Understand the chemical and physical make-up of some basic construction materials and assemblies.
- Understand the sequence of installing these basic components with a view to authorities having jurisdiction.
