You must also have an e-mail address and access to a computer capable of downloading basic documents. Students will participate in weekly "Virtual Classroom" sessions, scheduled 9:00am - 12:00pm PST each Saturday for the 12 weeks of the course.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student should be able to:
- Identify construction materials from the Divisions 6-9 of the MasterFormat and allocate them according to standard practice grouping.
- Understand the chemical and physical make-up of some basic construction materials and assemblies.
- Understand the sequence of installing these basic components with a view to authorities having jurisdiction.
