Learning Outcomes
At the end of this course the student will be able to:
- Demonstrate the application of basic drafting skills including:
- Two dimensional representation of three dimensional objects.
- Principle of scale.
- Orthographic and Isometric projection.
- Dimension basic drawings using standard convention and terminology.
- Interpret basic piping and instrumentation drawings.
- Produce block diagram and piping layout diagrams of simple process.
- Make simple sketches of mechanical parts.
- Create basic drawings using AutoCad.
