Course Overview
This comprehensive 12-week course teaches project managers how to leverage artificial intelligence throughout the project management lifecycle. Organized around the five project management process groups (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing), the course demonstrates how AI tools enhance each phase of project delivery. The curriculum focuses on predictive (waterfall) methodology with a session on Agile approaches.
