Course Overview
This course provides students with a comprehensive introduction to the fundamental principles of automotive science, customer service, business operations, and workplace communication. Students will build foundational technical knowledge and develop practical industry skills in areas such as sales, customer relations, and automotive business management. In addition, the course emphasizes employment readiness and equips students with the tools and strategies needed to succeed in the workplace. It also prepares students for SkilledTradesBC) SLE examinations.
