Recommended for success
To be successful in this program, students are recommended to possess the following:
- English language proficiency: Category 3 – English Studies 12 (50%) or equivalent
- High school completion (or equivalent)
- Good computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills and/or the desire to develop good communication skills
- An interest in exploring careers in the fields of architecture, construction, construction management, or engineering
- Access to a personal computer at home
International applicants
This program is not available to international students. View available programs.

There is no requirement to apply to this microcredential. If you are interested, you may apply for the Certificate in Essential Technical Skills for Architecture, Construction, and Engineering. Tuition fees
Note: The tuition for the scheduled intake of this program is fully sponsored through a partnership with Local Practice Architecture + Design, with funding provided through the BC Workplace Innovation Fund (WIF) within the Ministry of Post Secondary Education and Future Skills.
