Situated in beautiful British Columbia, Vancouver offers a unique balance of urban life and nature. Through this program, you will study in Vancouver for one or two terms while becoming part of a diverse and vibrant student community. Living and studying here means experiencing one of the world’s most livable cities while gaining a globally relevant academic experience.

Application Intakes

The Study Abroad program offers three intakes each year. Admission requirements are consistent across all terms.

Application windows:

January intake: August 1st* to October 15th*
April intake: October 1st* to January 15th*
September intake: October 1st* to July 2nd*

* If the date falls on a non-business day, the next business day applies.

Applicants must apply through one of our three schools, based on their current field of study in their home institution. If you are unsure which option to select, feel free to contact us at studyhere@bcit.ca for guidance.
