The Instructional Skills Development Fund is used to champion instructional development and foster innovative, learner-centred instruction at BCIT. The Instructional Development Committee awards funds to support faculty activities and resources that improve teaching and learning:
- Grants: funds to help staff develop teaching innovations, attend events, or host conferences and workshops
- Tuition reimbursement: tuition support for VCC’s Provincial Instructor Diploma Program (PIDP)
