Drop by Kick Start Accessibility on Wednesday, July 22nd between 11:00am and 2:00pm to learn more and begin the process. This once a year open house event is free and confidential for new and returning BCIT students.
- Meet BCIT’s Accessibility Services team.
- Receive one-on-one support.
- Learn all that is needed to complete your registration with Accessibility Services.
- Ensure understanding of necessary medical documents.
- Participate in assistive technology demonstrations, including Read&Write.
- Learn about Appendix 8.
- Tour Accessibility Services.
- Meet BCIT’s Student Life team.
This event is a collaboration between BCIT Kick Start and BCIT Accessibility Services. Kick Start is BCIT’s centralized orientation for all new students. Once enrolled, Kick Start is here to help you prepare and find your way, then connect and settle into student life at BCIT.
