Kick Start is BCIT’s centralized orientation for all students. Once enrolled, Kick Start is here to help you prepare and find your way, then connect and settle into student life at BCIT. Kick Start includes different events, and online resources.
Fundamentals to Kick Start Student Success
This workshop supports the preparation for a success BCIT experience. BCIT’s Entry & Transition Coordinator, Learning Strategist, Health Promotion Strategists, Financial Aid & Awards, and the Student Life Ambassadors will share the following:
- Time management practices
- Active learning skills
- Resilience building
- Financial literacy
- Tips from current BCIT students
