Course Overview
This course explores how leaders can drive value through the strategic application of artificial intelligence (AI) within organizational settings. Students will examine the role of leadership in setting AI vision, aligning AI initiatives with business strategy, and fostering a culture of innovation and ethical responsibility. Through case studies, frameworks, and applied activities, learners will develop the skills to assess organizational readiness, plan for AI adoption, manage change, and measure impact. Special emphasis will be placed on cross-functional collaboration, governance structures, and managing the risks and benefits of AI-driven transformation.
