Course Overview
This blended-learning course introduces students to the foundational skills and knowledge required for safe and effective motorcycle maintenance. Students will learn to demonstrate basic safe work procedures, correctly use hand tools and shop equipment, and identify routine maintenance procedures and service intervals. The course also covers best practices for seasonal storage, the use and implications of aftermarket parts, and basic electrical system testing. Designed for beginners, this course prepares students for further study or entry-level work in motorcycle service environments. Participants will be armed with knowledge to communicate effectively with industry professionals and comfortably understand technical aspects of motorcycles. This course serves as the foundational course for other flexible Motorcycle Maintenance and Repair courses.
