This course is designed to provide you with the theoretical understanding and practical skills needed to test, troubleshoot, repair, and adjust landing gear components including: wheels, tires, brakes, anti-skid, and gear extension/retraction.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Demonstrate aircraft chocking.
- Describe wheel types.
- Describe wheel maintenance.
- Describe repair of tires and tubes.
- Perform tire servicing and inflation.
- Perform install and balancing of wheel.
- Explain aircraft braking systems.
- Perform brake friction material replacement and testing.
- Explain anti-skid brakes.
- Describe landing gear maintenance.
- Describe purpose and types of landing gear.
- Perform disassembly, servicing and reassembly of an oleo.
- Describe the operation of retractable landing gear.
