Course Overview
This course develops further supervisory, team building, performance appraisal, and conflict resolution skills. Learners acquire a number of skills and concepts from both the Organization Behavioural/Interpersonal Skills/Human Relations field and the Human Resource Management field.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course the student will be able to:
- Apply stress management skills.
- Apply emotional and social intelligence principles to better manage one’s own emotions and social interactions as well as those of a group or team.
- Engage in 360o assessments.
- Apply Human Resource principles and techniques for evaluation, promotion and termination.
- Apply skills for listening, negotiation, persuasion and selling of ideas.
- Explain the importance of respect.
- Develop supervisory and leadership skills for improved employee effectiveness.
- Apply techniques for conflict resolution.
- Application of strategies for team building and team management to create more effective teams.
