Course Overview
This course examines TQM, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 22000, GFSI, ASQ, SQF and BRC requirements as quality systems. It also covers the implementation of these systems and the effect on various units within the company.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course the student will be able to:
- Explain the standards and elements of various quality systems.
- Apply the appropriate quality system based on customer demand.
- Write Standard Operating Procedures to address the applicable elements.
- Develop interactions with business units to actually use / work within the standards of the quality system chosen.
- Audit the appropriate food safety system chosen to its applicable standards.
