Course Overview
This internship provides students with a 300-hour hands-on work experience, allowing them to complete real-world projects and build their professional network and portfolio. Students will secure their own placement with support from an instructor and may work with small businesses, non-profit organizations, agencies, or various clients. The internship offers students the opportunity to gain practical experience, refine their skills, and understand professional expectations in their field. Assessment includes the successful securement of the internship, completion of required documentation, and workplace performance as evaluated by the client or host organization. Students will prepare a report reflecting on their experience.
