Course Overview
Most, if not all of our decisions involve the bottom line. You can only measure what you can manage. Engineering economics incorporates value engineering and understanding the dollar value of various alternatives and is critical for decision-making on specific projects. Understanding and interpreting financial statements is critical for understanding the overall corporate decision-making. Unless you can use these very important principles you will not be able to participate in making key decisions.
