Course Overview
This module covers four key processes that impact the successful completion of a project and the profitability of a contracting company. Participants will acquire the knowledge and skills required for: (1) Understanding the procurement cycle and identifying and interpreting the key factors in procurement. (2) Knowing the various methods of project control and implementing the appropriate one. (3) Understanding and calculating the correct overhead recovery rates for a project. (4) Managing change orders effectively.
