Course Overview
This intensive three-day workshop equips project managers with practical skills to integrate artificial intelligence into their project delivery workflows. Structured around the five project management process groups: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing. The workshop demonstrates how AI tools can enhance decision-making and productivity at every phase. Topics are grounded in predictive (waterfall) methodology, with a dedicated session covering AI applications in Agile environments.
