Course Overview
This advanced typography course builds on foundational typographic principles, focusing on the application of typography in both print and digital media. Students will engage in creative problem-solving to develop compelling typographic solutions that ensure visual continuity, legibility, and impact. The course covers flexible and adaptive typography techniques and emphasizes creating accessible and inclusive designs. Students will apply advanced typography skills using vector and layout software to design cohesive typographic systems, translate complex information into engaging visual artifacts, and develop expressive compositions that challenge typographic conventions.
