To best support the need for physical distancing in response to recent COVID-19 developments, Counselling and Student Development is providing phone-based and virtual appointments only to students at this time.

June – August

  • Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Appointments

  • Call 604-432-8608 and say whether you’d like your appointment at the Burnaby or the Downtown campus or as a virtual appointment for students at the ATC, AIC, or DTC.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.
  • If you have not arrived by 15 minutes after the start of your appointment, the appointment time may be given to someone else.
  • If you will not be attending your appointment, please call 604-432-8608 at least 24 hours beforehand to cancel, otherwise you may be charged a $20.00 Unattended Appointment Fee the first time and $50.00 each time thereafter.
  • All outstanding fees must be paid before another appointment will be made for you.
  • Failure to attend your appointments may also result in losing the opportunity to make further appointments.
