Overview
About the program
The AI Communication Skills Microcredential bundles four essential, foundational AI-relevant communication courses, including a capstone project that will allow students to demonstrate their integrated knowledge through an applied AI project. The foundational courses include Technical Writing, Using AI for Technical Writing, and Writing for the Web.
In this program, students do not simply learn how to use AI tools. In order to use AI effectively and responsibly in communication-related tasks, students first need to understand best practices for communication and responsible use of AI including how to research, write, edit, and fact-check credible, accurate, ethical information products.
This microcredential ladders directly into our Technical Writing Associate Certificate.
