Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Evaluate Artificial Intelligence use and risk in legal practice
- Describe how the legal system is implicated in occupational health and safety.
- Describe the laws applying to various business situations.
- Recognize legal issues as they arise.
- Help clients and employers to avoid potential legal problems.
- Communicate more effectively with lawyers and regulators.
- Design business practices and transactions to avoid legal problems.
