Course Overview
Introduces the principles of organizational behaviour, workplace relationships, negotiation skills, conflict resolution, the change process, and team building. Discusses how to successfully run your own OH&S consulting firm, how to register a business, small business bookkeeping, setting goals, taxation, marketing, and determining charge-out rates.
Prerequisite(s)
- Completion of at least four OCHS courses numbered in the 1000 and 2000 series.
