INTD 0060 - Virtual Reality for Interior Design
Part-time Studies Course
BCIT is planning for a substantial return to on-campus activity for the fall 2021 term as informed by BC Public Health Officer guidelines. Refer to each course listing for details.
Students will be introduced to Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) as it applies to interior design.
INTD 1360 or INTD 2260 or department approval. Credits

Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
View a given design model in Virtual Reality (VR) with an online resource, based on an industry standard procedure.
Present a given design model in Augmented Reality (AR) with a smart phone app, based on an industry standard procedure.
Navigate a given design model in a fully immersive Virtual Reality (VR) environment, base on an industry standard procedure.
