This course introduces Green Building Construction concepts and practices. Topics include green building definition, guidelines, regulations and standards. Evaluation of cost/benefit of green construction methods and green construction rating systems. Relevant case studies will be reviewed. Two site visits will be included.
No class May 21st STAT Holiday course runs 11 wks slightly longer hours. Please note DATES AND TIMES. -No extentions will be given. There are 2 site visits during this course, hard hats and steel toed boots are required. Schedule may be adjusted to accommodate site visit. NO VACATION REQUESTS will be considered.
