Course Overview
The course introduces students to the theory and practice of conflict resolution. Through examination of the sources of conflict and the roles of diversity, conflict styles, and the management of emotions, students will gain an overview of conflict dynamics and collaboration strategies. The course emphasizes self-awareness and understanding of others through structured exercises, role-plays, and a reflective journal.
