Course Overview
This course will cover the fundamentals of computer programming and the logic behind it. Students will learn the essentials of programming and basic scripting for 3D applications, including variables, arrays, different types of loops, conditions, and functions. The course also introduces students to Python, a standard scripting language used in a variety of technical art fields. Python is used in the production process for scripting complex computer graphic-intensive films, animation, and 3D tools.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Define different types of variables.
- Apply conditions in programming.
- Create loops within scripts for repetitions.
- Define and access arrays and array items.
- Write basic scripts to execute different operations in a 3D environment.
- Define and name functions within scripts.
- Create tools with user interfaces.
