International fees are typically 3.25 times the domestic tuition. Exact cost will be calculated upon completion of registration.
Course Overview
This course focuses on the fundamentals of surveying using satellite positioning. Students will be introduced to the methodologies in determining precise positions using global positioning satellite systems such as GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and Galileo. Students will be introduced to field data collection methods, and design stakeout methods using survey grade GNSS equipment. An overview of coordinates and coordinate systems will also be given, as well as localization methods for integrating GNSS measurements to traditional surveys.
