Course Overview
This course is for anyone who wants to learn about and implement the building of relationships with people so you can work together to enhance an organization or cause. It focuses on principles, best practices, and the tools to develop and implement a stakeholder engagement strategy. This course is relevant for staff or volunteers from non-profit, government or private sector organizations. This course will be useful to anyone currently working or pursuing careers in: volunteer management, public relations, event planning or fundraising. To be successful in this course, students must be able to communicate well in writing and conversational English.

- Share ideas for enhancement of a current stakeholder engagement plan
- Create a stakeholder engagement plan for an organization
- Develop interpersonal and relationship-building skills
