Course Overview
To thrive in any role in the real estate industry requires an understanding of the sale concept, the sale process, and the value of professional relationships. No matter where one works in the industry one will need to have productive sales skills. This course will introduce the proven professional sales concept, The Sales Pipeline . Beginning with the fundamental elements of a productive sales strategy, the course will advance students rapidly to current real estate market conditions and what it will take to build a winning sales kit. Through active role playing in variety of real world real estate situations, students will learn the vital roles in sales success played by knowledge, wisdom, storytelling, preparation, rehearsal, adaptability, resilience, personal determination, and self-discipline. This course will introduce both the concept and the application of essential, high-conversion tools for: prospecting, presentations, as well as performance management, and Customer Relationship Management.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Explain and demonstrate the learned Presentation Skills Template as the basis for all effective sales presentations, in both an individual and team scenario.
- Explain and demonstrate effective application of each of the component parts of a professional sales strategy.
- Explain and demonstrate ethical standards and regulatory requirements as they apply to professional sales in the real estate industry.
- Explain and demonstrate each of the component parts of the learned Sales Pipeline, including the necessary integration of those parts in building a sustaining client relationship.
- Demonstrate effective, competent skill in executing effective lead prospecting by phone, face-to-face, and virtually using digital media tools (email, LinkedIn, text, etc.)
- Demonstrate the concept of relationship-building as it applies to Customer Service, and how a Customer Service Strategy is an absolute necessity in a sustainable real estate business.
- Apply a reliable Customer Relationship Management application (CRM) to manage the relationships with prospects, customers, and clients, for the purpose of harvesting the benefits of a career-long business relationship.
