Course Overview
So you want to be a recording engineer? This will set you on the right track. An introduction to music engineering that looks at the multi-track recording process, sound theory, microphones (design, selection and placement), digital recording systems, recording consoles and signal processors. Hands on experience most nights with the goal of recording a live band. The instructor is long-time CBC Recording Engineer Gary Heald.
