Course Overview
This course relates to knowledge and awareness of quality management/assurance aspects covered in ISO 9001 and Quality Standards for 1994 and the draft 2000 editions. Topics will include evolution, approaches, structure, benefits and a critique of ISO standards. Also included will be an interpretation of all section of draft ISO 9001-2000 consisting of quality aspects related to management responsibility, resource management, product and/or service realisation, measurement, analysis and improvement.
