Course Overview
Students will perform a small scale study using tools from OPMT 2298. Using this data, the student will construct a formal technical report and a delivery a formal presentation of the reports findings.

- OPMT 2298 and completion of all Tier 3 courses.

Learning Outcomes
At the end of this course the student will be able to:
- Design and conduct a small scale process improvement study.
- Write terms of reference, report outlines, status reports, and a formal technical report in the defined style.
- Use PowerPoint to illustrate and support an oral presentation.
- Deliver an oral presentation of 20 minutes in duration describing the study and reporting its findings.
