Course Overview
This course is designed to help students develop the professional attributes needed to be a successful teacher in BC middle and high schools. Faculty will meet with each student to assess and discuss their current proficiency with the professional attributes needed to be a successful teacher and offer suggestions for continued growth.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Identify the attributes needed for successful teaching
- Reflect on personal practice and behaviours as they relate to the stipulated attributes
- Act on advice provided by faculty
- Approach or meet the expectations in the professional attributes rubric used in this course
